Now we’ve seen time share companies come and go. We’ve seen laws that have had to be enacted to get rid of certain companies. We’ve even helped form model legislation to protect the public. On a personal note, Tom Tubbs, the owner, makes his home in Sarasota, with his wife JoAnn and their children Jason, Jessie and Kyleigh. He’s active in his church and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He also enjoys gourmet cooking, and is an avid biker, skier and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. God, family and travel are his loves.
